Senior Business Analyst
Job Description:
· Working closely with the business to discern and establish functional, detailed and clear system requirements relating to process management and reengineering
· Ensuring project outcomes align with the needs of the overall business
· Confirming and documenting project requirements
· Partnering with vendors and other IT resources to plan projects and deploy the processes in production
· Acting as relationship manager with the BPMS vendor for system requirements, licensing, support issues and maintenance considerations to build a solid, long-term partnership
· Maintaining the traceability of requirements through the lifecycle of a project
· Working with the QA team to establish proper and thorough test cases
· Facilitating training and communication on new processes and systems for the business teams
· Fostering professional, trusting relationship with our business processing teams
· Providing regular updates to the manager on day-to-day activities and project statuses
· Raising risks and issues
· Providing accurate time estimates for tasks
